Michael started developing and trading commodity high frequency trading arbitrage systems, starting in 2001.  He achieved sub 5 microsecond tick to trade time for CME and ICE, along with strong real time tools to aid in trade analysis, leveraging basic XEON based rack servers, Myricom kernel bypass cards, and countless hours coding Linux based c/c++ trading engines. 

 

As more competitors moved to FPGA and ASIC based trading solutions, he realized software-based solutions, even at the sub 5 microsecond level could not compete.

Street Minds LLC formed in 2013, servicing commodity trading firms, creating custom bilateral futures accounting systems, and QuickBooks automation.  

 

Michael and team constantly look for ways to improve processes and strive to continue to please clients with clean, concise data migrations and great communication.
